FRENCH CHARGÉ D’AFFAIRES VISITS CHRDI

This afternoon, we were honoured to receive Mr. Olivier Huot, the French Chargé d’Affaires to Sierra Leone, at the CHRDI office on Wilkinson Road, Freetown. He met with our Chief Executive, Mr. Abdul M. Fatoma.

The meeting was very fruitful. Both men discussed CHRDI’s work to promote and protect human rights, access to justice, the rule of law, and democratic accountability in Sierra Leone.

Mr. Huot commended and appreciated the critical work CHRDI continues to do in defending human rights and strengthening the rule of law in the country.

He is the second French diplomat to visit CHRDI this year, underscoring the growing partnership between CHRDI and the French Republic in advancing human rights and good governance.
